@monzo why are you closing my account when I use it everyday? you’ve screwed me over when I had things I needed for my son NOT IMPRESSED Then for you to automatically hang up on me because you recognise my number as a frozen account is even Worse.. #changingbank #unimpressed

@tsb over 24 hours late giving us back access to our money now. This is totally unacceptable,we all have bills to pay and food to buy! "Soon" isn't 24 hours! Stop referring people to telephone banking because that doesn't work either! #tsb #changingbank

@HalifaxBankNews what a terrible service at your Rhyl branch paying in charity money all pound coins and staff would only take 10 bags manager sitting with feet up refusing to see me and not a soul in the branch bad bad service #changingbank
