🔴 بلاغ صحفي حول #لقاء منظمة تجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان (#CODESA) بوفد دبلوماسي يمثل #الدول_الاسكندنافية بالمغرب.
التقى بتاريخ 10 حزيران / يونيو 2026 بمدينة العيون/ الصحراء الغربية، مجموعة من أعضاء منظمة تجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية (CODESA) مع وفد يمثل وزارتي الخارجية بكل من #الدنمارك و #النرويج ورؤساء وممثلي البعثات الدبلوماسية للدول الاسكندنافية بالرباط / المغرب.
وجاء هذا اللقاء الذي دام حوالي 45 دقيقة في إطار الزيارات الدورية التي تقوم بها هذه السفارات للاطلاع على الوضع الحقوقي بالجزء المحتل من الصحراء الغربية.
وخلال هذا اللقاء، استمع الوفد الدبلوماسي إلى إفادات ولشهادات حول وضعية حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية ، في ظل ما يعانيه المدافعون عن حقوق الإنسان والمدونون والطلبة والسجناء السياسيين والمدنيون الصحراويون من انتهاكات جسيمة لحقوق الإنسان من قبل قوة الاحتلال المغربي بسبب استمرارهم في الدفاع والمطالبة بحق الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير المصير.
كما تسلم الوفد تقارير تخص وضعية حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية التي أنجزته المنظمة في إطار عملها في رصدها وتوثيقها لانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان.
تبقى الإشارة إلى أن هذا المنزل الذي تم فيه اللقاء خضع لمراقبة ضباط وعناصر شرطة قوة الاحتلال المغربي كما حدث في لقاءات مماثلة للمنظمة مع بعثات دبلوماسية ومنظمات حقوقية.

🔴 Communiqué de presse concernant la #rencontre entre le Collectif des Défenseurs Sahraouis des Droits Humains au Sahara Occidental (#CODESA) et une délégation diplomatique représentant les #pays_nordiques au Maroc
Le 10 juin 2026, dans la ville de Laâyoune, au Sahara Occidental, un groupe de membres du Collectif des Défenseurs Sahraouis des Droits Humains au #SaharaOccidental (CODESA) a rencontré une délégation représentant les ministères des Affaires étrangères du #Danemark et de la #Norvège, ainsi que les chefs et représentants des missions diplomatiques des pays nordiques accréditées à Rabat, au Maroc.
Cette rencontre, qui a duré environ 45 minutes, s’est tenue dans le cadre des visites régulières effectuées par ces ambassades afin d’évaluer la situation des droits humains dans la partie occupée du Sahara Occidental.
Au cours de cette réunion, la délégation diplomatique a écouté des témoignages et des exposés relatifs à la situation des droits humains au Sahara Occidental, notamment les #graves_violations des #droits_humains subies par les défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains, les blogueurs, les étudiants, les prisonniers politiques et les civils sahraouis. Ces violations sont perpétrées par la puissance #occupante_marocaine en raison de leur engagement continu en faveur du droit du peuple sahraoui à l’autodétermination et de leur revendication de ce droit.
La délégation a également reçu des rapports sur la situation des droits humains au Sahara Occidental élaborés par le CODESA dans le cadre de son travail continu de surveillance, de documentation et de dénonciation des violations des droits humains dans le territoire.
Il convient de noter que le #domicile où s’est tenue la rencontre a été placé #sous_surveillance par des agents et membres des #forces_de_police de l’occupation marocaine, comme cela a été le cas lors de précédentes réunions entre le CODESA et des missions diplomatiques ou des organisations de défense des droits humains.

🔴 Comunicado de Prensa sobre la #reunión entre el Colectivo de Defensores Saharauis de Derechos Humanos en el Sáhara Occidental (#CODESA) y una delegación diplomática representante de los #países_nórdicos en Marruecos
El 10 de junio de 2026, en la ciudad de El Aaiún, #SaharaOccidental, un grupo de miembros del Colectivo de Defensores Saharauis de Derechos Humanos en el Sáhara Occidental (CODESA) mantuvo una reunión con una delegación que representaba a los Ministerios de Asuntos Exteriores de #Dinamarca y #Noruega, así como a los jefes y representantes de las misiones diplomáticas de los países nórdicos acreditadas en Rabat, Marruecos.
Esta reunión, que tuvo una duración aproximada de 45 minutos, se celebró en el marco de las visitas periódicas realizadas por dichas embajadas para evaluar la #situación de los #derechos_humanos en la parte ocupada del #SáharaOccidental.
Durante el encuentro, la delegación diplomática escuchó testimonios e informes sobre la situación de los derechos humanos en el Sáhara Occidental, especialmente acerca de las graves violaciones de derechos humanos sufridas por defensores saharauis de derechos humanos, blogueros, estudiantes, presos políticos y civiles saharauis. Estas violaciones son cometidas por la potencia ocupante marroquí como consecuencia de su continua defensa y reivindicación del derecho del pueblo saharaui a la libre determinación.
La delegación recibió asimismo informes sobre la situación de los derechos humanos en el Sáhara Occidental elaborados por CODESA en el marco de su labor permanente de monitoreo, documentación y denuncia de las violaciones de derechos humanos en el territorio.
Cabe señalar que la vivienda donde tuvo lugar la reunión fue sometida a vigilancia por parte de agentes y miembros de las fuerzas policiales de la ocupación marroquí, tal como ha ocurrido en reuniones anteriores entre CODESA y misiones diplomáticas u organizaciones de derechos humanos.

🔴 Press Release on the #Meeting Between the Sahrawi Human Rights Defenders Collective (#CODESA) and a Diplomatic Delegation Representing the #Nordic_Countries in Morocco
On 10 June 2026, in the city of Laayoune, Western Sahara, a group of members of the Collective of Sahrawi Human Rights Defenders in Western Sahara (CODESA) met with a delegation representing the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of #Denmark and #Norway, as well as the heads and representatives of the diplomatic missions of the Nordic countries accredited in Rabat, Morocco.
This meeting, which lasted approximately 45 minutes, took place within the framework of the regular visits conducted by these embassies to assess the #humanrights situation in the occupied part of #WesternSahara.
During the meeting, the diplomatic delegation listened to testimonies and briefings regarding the human rights situation in Western Sahara, particularly the serious human rights violations suffered by Sahrawi human rights defenders, bloggers, students, political prisoners, and Sahrawi civilians. These violations are perpetrated by the Moroccan occupying power as a consequence of their continued advocacy for and demand of the Sahrawi people’s right to self-determination.
The delegation also received reports on the human rights situation in Western Sahara prepared by CODESA as part of its ongoing work to monitor, document, and report #human_rights_violations in the territory.
It should be noted that the house where the meeting took place was placed under surveillance by officers and members of the #Moroccan_occupation_police forces, as has occurred during previous meetings between CODESA and diplomatic missions or human rights organizations.

🔴 Statement of Condemnation :
✔️ The Organization of the #Dakhla_Film_Festival Constitutes an #Illegitimate_Activity The Dakhla Occupied.
Section of the Sahrawi Human Rights Defenders Collective in Western Sahara (#CODESA) strongly condemns the organization of the film festival scheduled to take place in the occupied city of Dakhla, which forms part of the Territory of #WesternSahara, a Non-Self-Governing Territory that has remained on the United Nations list of territories subject to decolonization since 1963.
The Section considers that holding such an event within this legal and political context constitutes an attempt to normalize an unlawful situation and to disregard the Sahrawi people’s right to selfdetermination, as guaranteed under the Charter of the United Nations and relevant @UN resolutions.
This festival is being organized amid the continued and systematic commission of serious #human_rights_violations in Western Sahara #by the #Moroccan_occupying_power, including harassment and reprisals against Sahrawi human rights defenders, journalists, and media workers, as well as restrictions on the freedoms of expression, assembly, and movement, and the denial of access to the territory for international observers and independent media.
✓The Dakhla Section of CODESA holds the organizers and supporters of this illegitimate activity responsible for contributing to the concealment of the reality of violations and abuses committed against Sahrawi civilians. It further #calls_upon artists, filmmakers, and international cultural institutions to #respect_international_law and refrain from participating in activities that may be used to whitewash human rights violations or to lend legitimacy to a situation that is inconsistent with international legal norms.
✓The Section also commends the principled positions taken by cultural actors who have chosen to withdraw from or boycott such initiatives in line with the values of justice and human rights, particularly the “@FiSahara” initiative.

✔️La organización del #Festival_de_Cine en #Dajla constituye una #actividad_ilegítima
La sección de Dajla ocupada del Colectivo de Defensores Saharauis de Derechos Humanos en el Sáhara Occidental (#CODESA) expresa su firme condena a la organización del festival de cine previsto en la ciudad ocupada de Dajla, al considerar que esta forma parte del territorio del Sáhara Occidental, inscrito por las Naciones Unidas en la lista de Territorios No Autónomos pendientes de descolonización desde 1963.
La sección considera que la celebración de este evento en este contexto jurídico y político constituye un intento de normalizar una situación ilegal y una ignorancia deliberada del derecho del pueblo saharaui a la autodeterminación, garantizado por la Carta de las Naciones Unidas y las resoluciones pertinentes.
Este festival se organiza en un contexto marcado por la persistencia sistemática de #graves_violaciones de los derechos humanos en el #SáharaOccidental por parte de la #potencia_ocupante_marroquí, incluyendo el hostigamiento y las represalias contra defensores saharauis de derechos humanos, periodistas y profesionales de los medios de comunicación, así como restricciones a las libertades de expresión, reunión y circulación, además de impedir el acceso al territorio a observadores internacionales y medios de comunicación independientes.
✓La sección de CODESA en #Dajla responsabiliza a los organizadores y patrocinadores de esta actividad ilegítima por contribuir a encubrir la realidad de las violaciones y abusos cometidos contra la población civil saharaui. Asimismo, hace un llamamiento a artistas, cineastas e instituciones culturales internacionales para que respeten el derecho internacional y se abstengan de participar en actividades que puedan ser utilizadas para blanquear violaciones de derechos humanos o conferir legitimidad a una situación contraria a las normas del derecho internacional.
✓La sección también valora las posiciones de principios adoptadas por actores culturales que han optado por retirarse o boicotear este tipo de iniciativas en coherencia con los valores de justicia y derechos humanos, destacando especialmente la iniciativa “@FiSahara”.

✔️ L’organisation du Festival du Cinéma à Dakhla constitue une activité illégitime
La section de Dakhla occupée du Collectif des Défenseurs Sahraouis des Droits Humains au Sahara Occidental (#CODESA) exprime sa ferme condamnation de l’organisation du festival de cinéma prévu dans la ville occupée de Dakhla, celle-ci faisant partie du territoire du Sahara Occidental, inscrit depuis 1963 sur la liste des territoires non autonomes des Nations Unies soumis au processus de décolonisation.
La section estime que la tenue de cet événement dans ce contexte juridique et politique constitue une tentative de normaliser une situation illégale et de méconnaître le droit du peuple sahraoui à l’autodétermination, garanti par la Charte des Nations Unies et les résolutions pertinentes.
Ce festival est organisé alors que de graves violations des droits humains continuent d’être commises de manière systématique au Sahara Occidental par la puissance occupante marocaine, notamment à travers le harcèlement et les représailles visant les défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains, les journalistes et les professionnels des médias, ainsi que les restrictions imposées aux libertés d’expression, de réunion et de circulation, sans oublier l’interdiction faite aux observateurs internationaux et aux médias indépendants d’accéder au territoire.
✓La section de CODESA à Dakhla tient les organisateurs et les soutiens de cette activité illégitime pour responsables de leur contribution à la dissimulation de la réalité des violations et abus commis à l’encontre des civils sahraouis. Elle appelle également les artistes, réalisateurs et institutions culturelles internationales à respecter le droit international et à s’abstenir de participer à toute activité susceptible d’être utilisée pour blanchir des violations des droits humains ou pour conférer une apparence de légitimité à une situation contraire aux règles du droit international.

🔴 تنظيم مهرجان السينما بالداخلة نشاط عبر شرعي.
يعرب فرع الداخلة المحتلة لتجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية كوديسا (#CODESA) عن إدانته الشديدة لتنظيم المهرجان السينمائي المزمع القيام به بمدينة الداخلة المحتلة، باعتبارها جزءا من إقليم #الصحراء_الغربية المدرج على قائمة الأمم المتحدة المتحدة كإقليم خاضع لمسار تصفية الاستعمار منذ سنة 1963.
ويعتبر الفرع أن تنظيم هذا الحدث في هذا السياق القانوني والسياسي يشكل محاولة لتطبيع وضع غير مشروع وتجاهلا لحق الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير المصير، المكفول بموجب ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقراراتها ذات الصلة.
ويأتي هذا المهرجان في ظل استمرار بشكل ممنهج الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية المرتكبة من قبل قوة الاحتلال المغربي، بما في ذلك التضييق والانتقام من المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان والصحفيين والإعلاميين، وفرض القيود على حرية التعبير والتجمع والتنقل، ومنع المراقبين الدوليين ووسائل الإعلام المستقلة من الوصول إلى الإقليم.
✓ وإذ يحمل فرع كوديسا بالداخلة الجهات المنظمة والداعمة لهذا النشاط غير المشروع مسؤولية المساهمة في التغطية على واقع الجرائم و الانتهاكات في حق المدنيين الصحراويين، فإنه يدعو الفنانين والمخرجين والمؤسسات الثقافية الدولية إلى احترام القانون الدولي وعدم المشاركة في أي أنشطة يمكن أن تُستغل لتبييض الانتهاكات أو إضفاء الشرعية على واقع يتعارض مع قواعد القانون الدولي.

Sahrawi human rights defender #Khadijetou_Douih, Vice-President of the Collective of Sahrawi Human Rights Defenders in Western Sahara (#CODESA), confirmed that she has been subjected to a tight siege at her home located on Avenue 50 in #occupied_Laayoune by members of the #police_forces of the #Moroccan_occupation. The siege was accompanied by direct threats demanding that she vacate the house, which is owned by her father, activist #Sidi_Aamar_Sidi_Alboukhari_Sidi_Ibrahim_Douih, under the threat of sealing (closure) of the property.
◼️ Her father also strongly condemned these threats and arbitrary practices, stressing that the house is his private property and that the Moroccan occupation authorities have no legal or moral legitimacy, regardless of the repressive measures they adopt against his family and Sahrawi human rights defenders.
◼️ The continued restrictions, siege, and intimidation against Sahrawi activists will not stop the legitimate struggle for the rights of the #Sahrawi_people.

La défenseure sahraouie des droits humains #Khadijetou_Douih, vice-présidente du Collectif des défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains au #Sahara_occidental (#CODESA), a confirmé qu’elle est soumise à un siège étroit à son domicile situé sur l’Avenue 50 à Laâyoune occupée, imposé par des membres des forces de police de l’occupation marocaine. Ce siège s’est accompagné de menaces directes lui ordonnant de quitter la maison, appartenant à son père, le militant #Sidi_Aamar_Sidi_Alboukhari_Sidi_Ibrahim_Douih, sous la menace de la mise sous scellés (fermeture) du domicile.
◼️Son père a également fermement condamné ces menaces et ces pratiques arbitraires, soulignant que la maison est sa propriété privée et que les autorités de l’occupation marocaine ne disposent d’aucune légitimité légale ou morale, quelles que soient les mesures répressives adoptées contre sa famille et les défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains.

◼️ La defensora saharaui de derechos humanos #Khadjatu_Dueih, vicepresidenta del Colectivo de Defensores Saharauis de Derechos Humanos en el Sahara Occidental #CODESA, denunció haber sido sometida a un fuerte asedio en su domicilio ubicado en la calle 50 de la ciudad ocupada de #ElAaiún, por parte de agentes de la policía de las fuerzas de ocupación marroquíes, acompañado de amenazas directas exigiendo el desalojo de la vivienda, propiedad de su padre, el militante #Sidi_Ammar_Sidi_El_Bujari_Dueih , bajo amenaza de ser sellada.
◼️ Su padre también condenó enérgicamente estas amenazas y prácticas represivas, subrayando que la vivienda es de su propiedad privada y que las fuerzas de ocupación marroquíes carecen de toda legitimidad jurídica y moral, independientemente de las decisiones arbitrarias que adopten contra la familia y los defensores saharauis de derechos humanos.

🔴 بيان تضامني من منظمة #كوديسا مع #حزب_النهج_الديمقراطي_العمالي_المغربي
إن تجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية (#CODESA) ، وهو يتابع بانشغال بالغ ما يتعرض له حزب النهج الديمقراطي العمالي من حملات تضييق واستهداف ممنهجين يمسان بحرية التنظيم والعمل السياسي، من خلال استدعاء ومتابعة الأمين العام للحزب الرفيق: #جمال_براجع والرفيقين : #حسن_لنغير و #بندحمان_الصياد قياديي الحزب بطنجة وفرض عراقيل على حق الحزب في عقد مؤتمره الوطني السادس وممارسة أنشطته السياسية بشكل حر، يعلن :
✓ عن تضامنه المبدئي واللامشروط مع حزب النهج الديمقراطي العمالي المغربي.
✓يعتبر أن هذه الممارسات تشكل انتهاكا للحقوق والحريات الأساسية، وعلى رأسها حرية الرأي والتعبير والتنظيم والتجمع السلمي، المكفولة بموجب المواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.
✓ وإذ يدين التجمع كل أشكال التضييق على القوى الديمقراطية والتقدمية المغربية، فإنه يدعو المنظمات الحقوقية والأحزاب الديمقراطية للتضامن مع حزب النهج الديمقراطي العمالي المغربي حتى تحقيق وضمان حقه في العمل السياسي والحزبي دون ترهيب أو قيود.
إن حزب النهج الديمقراطي العمالي المغربي هو امتداد تاريخي وموضوعي لمنظمة إلى الامام المغربية وله مواقف تنتصر لحق الشعوب في تقرير المصير وفي مقدمتها الشعبين الفلسطيني والصحراوي.

"قوة الاحتلال المغربي تواصل سياسة الحصار والعقاب الجماعي ضد المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان وعائلاتهم"
تتابع الفروع التابعة لتجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية CODESA ببالغ القلق والاستنكار، التصعيد الخطير الذي تنتهجه قوة الاحتلال المغربي ضد المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالأجزاء المحتلة من الصحراء الغربية، في إطار سياسة ممنهجة تقوم على الحصار والترهيب والانتقام والتضييق على النشطاء الصحراويين بسبب مواقفهم السياسية والحقوقية المدافعة عن حق الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير المصير والاستقلال.
وفي سياق استمرار سياسة القمع الممنهج والعقاب الجماعي والانتقام من المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان، أقدمت مختلف أجهزة شرطة واستخبارات قوة الاحتلال المغربي منذ أيام على فرض حصار مشدد ومراقبة لصيقة على منزل المدافع الصحراوي عن حقوق الإنسان "#الحسين_المجاهد" الذي يتواجد به المدافع الصحراوي عن حقوق الإنسان والسجين السياسي الصحراوي السابق "#علي_سالم_التامك" رئيس تجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية CODESA الكائن بحي المستقبل بمدينة العيون المحتلة، مع تطويق محيط المنزل ومنع عدد من النشطاء والمدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان من الوصول إليه.
كما أقدمت عناصر تابعة لشرطة قوة الاحتلال المغربي مدعومة بمسؤولين في الإدارة المغربية، مساء يوم 20 ماي/ أيار 2026 على قطع التيار الكهربائي عن المنزل وإتلاف جزء من العداد الكهربائي، في ممارسة انتقامية تندرج ضمن أشكال العقاب الجماعي المحظورة بموجب قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني، خاصة وأن الأمر يتعلق باستهداف مباشر لعائلة مدافع صحراوي عن حقوق الإنسان بسبب نشاطه الحقوقي السلمي.
وفي حلقة جديدة من هذا التصعيد الخطير، تعرضت المدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "#خديجتو_الدويه" النائبة الثانية لرئيس منظمة CODESA، لسلسلة من التهديدات والضغوطات المتواصلة بالتزامن مع فرض حصار بوليسي على منزلها الكائن بمدينة العيون المحتلة وقطع التيار الكهربائي عنه، في محاولة مكشوفة لترهيبها واستهدافها بسبب نشاطها الحقوقي.
كما تعرض والدها المناضل الصحراوي "#سيدي_عمار_سيدي_البخاري_سيدي_إبراهيم_الدويه"، لضغوط ومضايقات متواصلة بهدف إرغام المدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "خديجتو الدويه" على إفراغ منزلها قسرا أو التمهيد للإقدام على تشميع العمارة التي تقطن بها، والتي تعود ملكيتها لوالدها في انتهاك صارخ للحق في السكن والحق في الأمان الشخصي وحرية العمل الحقوقي، وهي حقوق تكفلها المواثيق الدولية ذات الصلة بالقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني.
وفي ذات السياق تعرض "علي سالم التامك" لتهديدات واستفزازات مباشرة من طرف مسؤول في الإدارة المغربية برتبة "باشا"، أمام ابنه القاصر الذي سبق وأن تعرض للاحتجاز والترهيب من طرف شرطة قوة الاحتلال المغربي، في سلوك ينتهك بشكل جسيم حقوق الطفل والسلامة النفسية والجسدية للأطفال.
كما منعت عناصر شرطة قوة الاحتلال المغربي كلا من المدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "#المعلومة_الفلنخي" وابنتها "#الخليفة_المجاهد"، إلى جانب "#البشير_بوعمود" عضو اللجنة الإدارية لتجمع CODESA من الوصول إلى المنزل الخاضع للحصار، مع توجيه تهديدات للمدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "#الخليفة_الركيبي"، في استمرار لسياسة التضييق والانتقام من المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان.
ومن جهة أخرى تتعرض المدافعة الصحراوية عن حقوق الإنسان "#نبيهة_بونان"، عضو مكتب فرع الطنطان لتجمع CODESA، لتهديدات ومضايقات متواصلة وصلت حد التهديد بالاغتصاب، في سياق الاستهداف الممنهج الذي يطال المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان والمدونين والنشطاء المدنيين الصحراويين بسبب آرائهم السياسية ومواقفهم الداعمة لحق الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير المصير.
وأمام خطورة هذه الانتهاكات المتواصلة وما تعكسه من إصرار قوة الاحتلال المغربي على استهداف المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان وعائلاتهم، فإن الفروع التابعة لتجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان بالصحراء الغربية CODESA :
✓ تدين بشدة سياسة الحصار والعقاب الجماعي والانتقام الممنهج التي تستهدف المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان والمدنيين الصحراويين بالأجزاء المحتلة من #الصحراء_الغربية ...

✔️أدان المدافع الصحراوي عن حقوق الإنسان @ali_tamk رئيس تجمع المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الانسان بالصحراء الغربية #CODESA الحصار المشدد الذي تفرضه قوات الاحتلال المغربي على المنزل الذي يقطن فيه بحي المستقبل بمدينة العيون المحتلة، معتبراً ذلك جزءاً من سياسة ممنهجة تستهدف المدافعين الصحراويين عن حقوق الإنسان والنشطاء السياسيين الصحراويين.
✔️ و أوضح أن قوات الاحتلال قامت بتطويق المنزل ومنع القاطنين فيه من التنقل والدخول والخروج، إضافة إلى منع المتضامنين والنشطاء من الوصول إليه، وسط أجواء من الترهيب والاستفزاز والمراقبة. كما ندد بقطع التيار الكهربائي عن المنزل، معتبراً ذلك تصعيداً خطيراً وانتهاكاً للمواثيق الدولية وحقوق الإنسان.
⬅️ للتذكير علي سالم التامك هو اب لطفل قاصر لم يتجاوز 10 سنوات سبق هو ايضا و ان تعرض للاحتجاز من قبل قوة الاحتلال المغربي سنة 2022 ، هذا الطفل الذي وجد نفسه يعيش محاصرا بأجواء القمع و على وقع المداهمات والمضايقات وتخريب ممتلكات أسرته، من تدمير كاميرات المنزل إلى تخريب العداد الكهربائي و غيرها من الانتهاكات في محاولة لإغراق العائلة في الخوف والعزلة
🔴 Condenó el defensor saharaui de derechos humanos Ali Salem Tamek, presidente del CODESA, el férreo asedio impuesto por las fuerzas de ocupación marroquíes contra la vivienda en la que reside en el barrio Al-Mustaqbal de la ciudad ocupada de El Aaiún, considerando que ello forma parte de una política sistemática dirigida contra los defensores saharauis de derechos humanos y los activistas políticos saharauis.
✔️Asimismo, explicó que las fuerzas de ocupación rodearon la vivienda e impidieron a sus residentes desplazarse, entrar y salir, además de impedir el acceso de solidarios y activistas al lugar, en medio de un clima de intimidación, provocaciones y vigilancia constante. También denunció el corte del suministro eléctrico de la vivienda, calificándolo como una peligrosa escalada y una violación de los tratados internacionales y de los derechos humanos.
➡️ Para recordar, el señor #Al_Salem_Tamek es padre de un niño menor de edad que no supera los 10 años, quien también fue sometido a detención por parte de las fuerzas de ocupación marroquíes en 2022. Este niño se ha visto obligado a vivir asediado por un clima de represión, bajo redadas, hostigamientos y actos de sabotaje contra los bienes de su familia, desde la destrucción de las cámaras de vigilancia del hogar hasta el sabotaje del contador eléctrico, entre otras violaciones cometidas con el objetivo de sumir a la familia en el miedo y el aislamiento.
🔴The Sahrawi human rights defender Ali Salem Tamek, president of CODESA, condemned the strict siege imposed by the Moroccan occupying forces on the house where he resides in the Al-Mustaqbal neighborhood of the occupied city of El Aaiún. He stated that this is part of a systematic policy targeting Sahrawi human rights defenders and political activists.
✔️ He also explained that the occupying forces surrounded the house and prevented its residents from moving in or out, as well as blocking access for supporters and activists to the location, amid an atmosphere of intimidation, provocation, and constant surveillance. He also denounced the cutting of the electricity supply to the house, describing it as a dangerous escalation and a violation of international treaties and human rights.
➡️ It is worth recalling that Mr. #Al_Salem_Tamek is the father of a minor child, no older than 10 years old, who was also subjected to detention by the Moroccan occupying forces in 2022. This child has been forced to live under siege in an environment of repression, including raids, harassment, and acts of sabotage against the family’s property—from the destruction of home surveillance cameras to the tampering with the electricity meter, among other violations committed with the aim of instilling fear and isolation in the family.
