Quite right. 100%. Language matters. Any developer or architect talking about "units" not "homes" should be out of a job. And while we're at #CreateStreets not Roads !!
What we call things makes a difference. Including when we talk about housing.
“Condo” isn’t a great word for a home.
“Unit” is worse.
“Product” is even worse.
“Stock” might be worst of all.
Call them homes.
