Oi @qantas. My family was on #QF516 SYD-BNE 8/8/24. Checked bags were “contaminated” and never arrived. Waited for over an hour, registered for $400 compensation, were promised Customer Service would call within half an hour. Now, next day, nothing. What’s going on??? #CXfail

@Aeroplan and @AirCanada are the worst. I have tens of thousands of points that are held hostage by them. They say it's an issue on their end via email customer service and I have to call. Was just on hold for 2 HOURS and the call dropped. #CXFAIL #CustomerServiceFail

@Aeroplan can tell me by email that my account is compromised and then I have to call in to resolve, but everytime you call their robots tell you they are too busy for you and try again later. WEEKS I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS. #cxfail #customerexperiencefail @AirCanada
