So I tweet about a terrible experience with @Dell and @DellCares and I get a DM that basically tells me my warranty is expired. Keep in mind this issue came from a bad Bios update marked as "urgent" by Dell, and on top of that I paid $129 for support. #DellFail #DellSucks
