Hey @Dell I bought one of your computers on cyber Monday. It was a lemon that didn’t work. I was promised a replacement repeatedly that never came. I finally asked for a refund and you won’t give it to me. I finally understand #dellhell. This is ridiculous. Case #131722620

@Redpainter1 Oh good lord, it’s the same as it was for me ages ago. At that time, I spent a YEAR in what I called #DellHell. Agonizing. Although, admitting their complete failures, they did end up giving me a FULL REFUND. I used that to buy my first Mac, and I’ve been a Mac girl ever since.

@Jonathanirl @dominicohodnett @jmwilt17 No doubt service @Dell and ironically named @Dellcares is terrible. And they send you to a call center that robotically responds. "Escalation team" is rude and unhelpful. I'm in #dellhell

@IWMAmobi @mattleibow @adpead when I bought my XPS... they sent me a broken one from the factory... so sent it back... had to wait another week for a new one... that one was broken from the factory... had to wait for a repair tech to come fix it... #DellHell

Well, my "fixed" @Dell XPS with refurbished motherboard (trash) is officially a brick. Forced Windows 10 update fried the whole thing. Not even an 18-month-old computer. @DellCares is a facade. Replaced with a @lenovo and couldn't be happier. No more #dellhell for me

Mr. @MichaelDell in 2007 we met. You said you were fixing the problems I'd encountered with @Dell. Ten years later, in 2017, I gave #Dell another chance. I'm still dealing with the fallout now in 2019. As it turns out, Michael, back in 2007 you lied to my face then shook my hand.

Just what I needed. Get back to a Mac. #DellHell moment made me realize the mistake I made. When you buy a $3000 piece you believe you can fight a hurricane. But not with @Alienware . Forget the usage of a 1080 gtx beast. Mine died right in between a presentation deck!

@DellCares The bastards told that it's not our problem and told me to contact Microsoft. What will Microsoft do in this case? I have re-partitioned the hard disk and installed fresh Windows, still the problem is same. I forgot that it's my problem that I have chosen Dell. #DellHell
