This will be a fantastic job, a trailblazing #communityledhousing project to build lots of suburban infill homes. Many have talked about this over the years, (like @createstreets, @londonyimby, @PTEarchitects). You can be part of the first large scale practical project.
The reasons for moving on to a new and exciting chapter and not renewing our lease are many and varied, and include rising rents, a bold vision beyond our current business model and #RadicalChildcare #DemoDev et al. making more sense in neighbourhoods rather than the city centre.
Heard some amazing #DemoDev - esque from someone we’ve worked shared with for years, their council has signed off 16 houses worth of small sites in a neighbourhood & will transfer them into CLT. Reminder that even though it might not happen in your city the work isn’t pointless.

Yesterday I was pretty angry about the news that BCC are starting to build modular homes on sites they previously couldn't use. As some of you know, this is something that I've been talking about for a while. So I should have been happy.
