@iam_spartacus I would like to know "why" @dexcom still hasn't notified me, a paying user, that the servers are down! My son's health is at risk! They have my email and cell numbers, but no, they think @Facebook notifications are the best way to #communicate #horriblecustomerservice #dexcomdown

And for those who say, “just communicate more with your kids.” Trust me, I wish it were that simple when they are asleep. Ours sleeps through EVERYTHING. Guess it’s back to alarms set for every 2-3 hours (or more frequent, based on BG’s). #Dexcom #DexcomDown #Type1Tech #T1D

We went 24 hours w/out #Dexcom not too long ago & it was kind of liberating to be “in the dark.” At least until kiddo went from 120 to 60 in less than 2 hours at 1 AM. Those arrows are literal life savers & I sure wish we had them as we’re going to bed now. #DexcomDown
