Our fiance(s) massaged our shoulders last night & pushed in on a spot that's been hurting us for a year. (massive shoulder pain, low mobility/ROM) We felt/heard a huge grinding pop with sharp pain then instant relief & tingling feeling down our arm. It was SUBLUXED! #edsproblems

Fellow EDSers: do you ever wake up with strained muscles & have no idea why? Like, all the muscles up the back of my right thigh feel like I tried to run a marathon yesterday, but my left leg is totally normal (well...my normal, lol).

What a day I had yesterday, I have pneumonia, no one wants me in hospital so I opted to stay home & get an ambulance if anything worsens. I'm on the right meds & biBAP. Today breathing is a bit less painful. So eyes crossed, as my fingers dislocate if I cross them. #EDSProblems
I was 17yo when I found out that sneezing is something that most ppl do NOT find extremely painful and that does NOT cause most ppl to bleed from the upper back of their throat 😅
