Hollywood’s problem isn’t just politics, it’s its whole conception of what entertainment is. A generation or industry professionals has been raised to disbelieve in art for art’s sake, and they won’t want or be able to return to that mindset.
This is not a joke. This is not science fiction.
This is the Canadian government itself predicting that in the not-so-distant Canadian future, Canadians might be left resorting to foraging - i.e. hunting animals, foul, squirrels, rats, fish and whatever other protein they can find “on public lands and waterways”.
And this is before the Liberals are given another 4 years in addition to the last 10 years they have had to make sure they finish the job of turning this dystopian hellscape into a reality.
