One Dead And Two In Hospital After Triple Stabbing In West London. One person has died and two others have been taken to hospital after a triple stabbing in west London this morning. Emergency services were dispatched to Askew Road in Shepherd’s Bush around 8.22am after reports of a stabbing on the W12 road, which runs towards Chiswick. Within minutes, paramedics in fast-response cars, an incident response officer, ambulance crews and London’s Air Ambulance had descended on the scene. Three people were treated for serious injuries. Two were taken to hospital, while a third was pronounced dead at the scene. Police quickly sealed off the road, with the cordon stretching from Davisville Road to Haydn Park Road. Drivers were turned away as forensic officers erected a tent and a heavy Met Police presence remained in place near Sainsbury’s Local. Shocked locals described scenes of terror as the attack unfolded. Young children reportedly fled from a flat where a woman had been stabbed, running into the street for safety. A nearby cafe owner took the children in and sheltered them while chaos unfolded outside. Residents speaking to local reporters said they believed a machete had been used in the attack, although this has not been officially confirmed by police. A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 8.22am today to reports of a stabbing on Askew Road, W12. We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer. We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance. Our first crews arrived in less than five minutes. We treated three people in total. We took two patients to hospital but sadly, despite the best efforts of our crews, a patient was pronounced dead at the scene." The Metropolitan Police have so far released few details about the incident. No arrests have been confirmed, and police have not yet released details about the ages, genders or relationships of those involved. Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the attack, with forensic officers remaining at the scene for several hours afterwards.
