@evrisupportline no wonder our parcels are getting lost in Benfleet. Look at your delivery driver today. Been waiting over a week for a parcel. You need to sort this 😡#badcustomerservice #evriparcel #delivery

Having a rant. Evri customer support is horrific. Why can’t you talk to a human being. Parcel missing since Saturday 😡 #evriparcel #evrcustomersupport

As soon as #evri #evriparcel have a parcel of yours and it isn't delivered it just goes into a twilight zone, you can't contact anyone, the app doesn't update. Just shit @evrisupportline

When @ASOS looses all of your orders (2 packages)... with the help of #evriparcel (Hermes) and don't offer you a refund or to resend the items... with the excuse that they left it in the safe place. Have attached photo of said 'safe place'.

Oh @houseoffraser what on earth are you doing using @Hermesparcels #evriparcel for your delivery? Why would you risk your reputation using such a terrible courier? If I'd known I'd never have ordered from you. Guess what? Evri Hermes have a problem. #sameoldhermes
