@Wyrsthl @ASOS Yeah - definitely need to change their delivery company ... and I mean the fact that Hermes has no way to get in touch with them really shows that they know that customer feedback is continuously terrible.

When @ASOS looses all of your orders (2 packages)... with the help of #evriparcel (Hermes) and don't offer you a refund or to resend the items... with the excuse that they left it in the safe place. Have attached photo of said 'safe place'.
