If there wasn't an imbalance in MMTLP it would've made perfect sense for brokerages to follow the original plan of sending all shares to the transfer agent. Instead, FINRA and the SEC apparently devised a plan to hide the problem. Look at the first MMTLP Corporate Action and compare it to the second. (image 1) FINRA claimed that they meant to include MMTLP Sybol Deletion would occur effective 12/13/22 but what happens if you pretend they did? That initial Corporate Action would still make no sense because it said that MMTLP shareholders with settled positions as of the 12/12 Record Date would receive one share of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons for every share of MMTLP held on the Pay/Distribution Date of 12/14/22. How can shareholders be holding MMTLP on 12/14/22 if it was Deleted effective 00:00:00 12/13/22??? (image 2 shows what the SEC made effective... A 12/14/22 Exchange followed by MMTLP Share Cancellation) So instead of actually fixing the fact that FINRA incorrectly made 00:00:00 12/13/22 the overall Effective Date of the MMTLP Corporate Action, they instead removed any mention of 12/14/22, and made the revised Corporate Action all about Deleting the Symbol Effective 00:00:00 12/13/22, which was a full 40 hours before the actual EXCHANGE set to take place on 12/14/22 after the close of business. Why did they do this? I think it's because they needed to conduct their own EXCHANGE before the real EXCHANGE so that they could hide/track the obligations with their own system of identifiers. Image 3 shows what actually occurred on 12/13/22. MMTLP was EXCHANGED for something but it wasn't Next Bridge Hydrocarbons. The Next Bridge Hydrocarbons shares weren't distributed until 12/14/22. Don't include your personal information but feel free to share images from other brokerages showing that an MMTLP Exchange took place on 12/13/22. There weren't enough Next Bridge Hydrocarbons shares for a 1 for 1 exchange. So far Tradestation is the only brokerage that admitted so. (image 4) @VP @FBI @TheJusticeDept
