@NaiomiPentleton @MrsWatsonArtDes @JoyceMatthews_ To me it was the reference @JoyceMatthews_ made to #ff1na about 'holding the ladder' so the ladder with the smaller steps is providing more support, as would those in the team if taking smaller steps.Small steps vital in moving people forward as less risk and more supportive.

@NACEdLeadership @MrsWatsonArtDes @kmcewan12 @JoyceMatthews_ @AlanMacDougall2 This programme, changes your thinking on so many levels! At the heart of it is collaboration-supporting and motivating each other. I now understand the importance of asking questions, that encourage deeper thinking, encouraging thinking time and the true value of silence! #ff1na

@NACEdLeadership @MrsWatsonArtDes @kmcewan12 @JoyceMatthews_ @AlanMacDougall2 I don't even know where to start summarising this programme, I have genuinely learned so much and gained so many new skills!! That question has made me ask myself a number of different questions.......which wouldn't have happened before becoming a future facilitator!! #ff1na

@JoyceMatthews_ @MrsWatsonArtDes @j_henderson26 @kmcewan12 @Mrsaitken8 @MrsGrace19 No redundancy!! I agree about changing the face of professional development. My question today was, what do I do now? How do incorporate 'facilitation' and then that moment.....you use the tools from it in all CLPL, it's the protocols and the skills used in the design.#ff1na

@JoyceMatthews_ @Reid83Lindsay @j_henderson26 @kmcewan12 @Mrsaitken8 @MrsGrace19 I would really love to know @JoyceMatthews_ your answer to this question. “What’s important to you about the Future Facilitator programme?” #ff1na

@Reid83Lindsay @JoyceMatthews_ @j_henderson26 @kmcewan12 @Mrsaitken8 @MrsGrace19 My question was...”How do I know that I am asking the right questions?”. I’ve learned through this programme that there are no ‘bad’ questions. It’s about being confident that where the person is going is right for them. #ff1na

@JoyceMatthews_ @j_henderson26 @MrsWatsonArtDes @kmcewan12 @Mrsaitken8 @MrsGrace19 I would recommend the course to those who believe it is our responsibility to shape the learning journeys of our young people, families and each other, by genuinely being able to encourage, listen, question, support and share our passion for making a sustainable difference.#ff1na

@JoyceMatthews_ @Reid83Lindsay @j_henderson26 @kmcewan12 @Mrsaitken8 @MrsGrace19 Taking the time to pause, notice and reflect upon what we have achieved as a team. I think it’s important that we continue to model the model, to ‘empower others’ to ‘trust the process’ in order to create a ‘genuine’ culture of learning. #ff1na
