You’re going to have to do better @stitchfix. When you are a brand that has the credit card information of your users, and you make it nearly impossible to close an account, this experience is a FAIL. I shouldn’t have to chase you down to delete my account! FIX IT.

@HandelsblattGE @UKVolkswagen @EmissionsFail Dieselgate will happen again. In fact it is happening again and again and again, every single day that 1000s more cars get the VW #fixfail. A disgusting company aided and abetted by national and EU authorities.

@VWGroup Well done. Perhaps you can use some of this money to retrofit diesel vehicles and negate the need for the laughable #fixfail . And maybe work on your customer service too - 3 weeks and still you haven't provided me with the real world driving NOx figures for my vehicle.
