Honestly it's only a question of which City Council members are going to send the #FixTheCTA resolution to Rules committee limbo today.
Then the real work of getting 35+ City Council members to force it out of Rules Committee begins. Lean in disgruntled CTA users, lean in.
29 alders have now signed a City Council resolution calling for CTA President Dorval Carter to resign or be fired.
But the measure could be delayed or stalled out if it's punted to the rules committee.

CTA leadership like Dorval Carter refuse to see that the source of service problems isn’t some ghost in the system. It’s failing the workers of the CTA over and over again with bad working conditions, tiered pay and access, and few protections. We have to fix that to #FixTheCTA
While a change in leadership isn't a silver bullet to #FixTheCTA, changing who workers bargain with this Winter and who riders rely on in the coming years can make a huge difference between more service cuts for many or more access for all.
