There was no riot, but rather a synchronized massacre at al-Ballouneh Military Prison alongside the massacre at Homs Central Prison.
At exactly 4:00 a.m. on September 18, 2025, execution units, under the orders of terrorist Sheikh Mohammad al-Dalati, together with the prison director and his guards, and following direct instructions from terrorist Hassan al-Aqra, the Public Prosecutor in Homs, carried out mass executions of Alawite detainees, including women.
The victims were dragged out from Dormitories 6, 7, 9, 11, 20, 21, and the women’s Dorm 8, and transferred in groups. The executions were conducted in the outer room between the clerical office and the cafeteria entrance.
The bodies were then loaded into refrigerated trucks and transferred to al-Walid Hospital in al-Waer, and some were taken directly to Tel al-Nasr Cemetery. We could not determine the exact numbers or the names.
We issue an urgent appeal to all human rights, humanitarian, medical, and media organizations to head immediately to:
•Homs Central Prison
•al-Ballouneh Prison in Homs (formerly the Third Military Prison, now Unit 52)
•Refrigerated trucks at al-Walid Hospital in al-Waer and mobile cooling vehicles in the yard of the Military Hospital
•Tel al-Nasr Cemetery at the end of al-Sittin Highway, and the Omar bin Abdulaziz Cemetery
•al-Asid Swimming Pool in Hasya, next to the steel rolling factories of Sami Foz
to refute and deny our claims (and we are not lying). We demand that these prisons be opened before cameras, just as Arour once demanded of you.
We call for full disclosure of the numbers of the disappeared, detainees, and murder victims, as well as the burial sites, and the identification of those who gave direct orders, those who carried them out, those who buried and transported the bodies, those who informed, and those who fabricated charges against them.
