To all the respected creators here, If Jio wouldn’t provide unlimited 5G data on queued or current 1.5GB/day, ₹395, ₹1559 etc plans after July 3rd. Do you take the responsibility to re-fund the money to all the people who recharged for literally 2-3 years in advance by showing trust in you? I personally highly doubt they would allow it, since it’s an “additional benefit” and not their promised benefit for these plans. Their promise is just to provide you the mentioned 4G data, SMS and unlimited calling which they can fulfill and run away. Even if you take a legal action they have this excuse that we are already fulfilling our promised benefits and the unlimited 5G data was just an additional welcome benefit offered by us. Jio and Airtel both pushing SMS and notifications to their users that recharge your number before July 3rd to save money but they talked about only 2GB/day or above plans in their notices. Talking about their customer support, I have no trust in them anyway. When I asked them on the same day of announcement, they said we have no information regarding it as of now. If you ask them now, they tell you confusing and different answers everytime. So I can’t take them seriously at this moment. I “personally” don’t think people would get unlimited 5G data at least on queued plans. We have to wait for July 3rd to get proper information. Till then, recharge with 2GB/day plans would be a safe move in my opinion if you want to save some money.
