The more I read about it, the more I think #neurodiversity is the natural check and balance to #functionalstupidity/#functionalignorance. If companies are inclined towards conclusions an NT or a specific strain of ND to be fiduciarily superior, they stop thinking stuff through.

Aspects of #FunctionalStupidity: 1. Absence of Reflexivity - no questioning of assumptions; 2. Not Seeking Cause or a Good Reason - ppl follow rules blindly w/o asking "Why?" 3. Lack of Substantive Reasoning - no question abt consequences of actions... simply'playing the game'
