I’m check raising big flop and moving in put him to test you block aa kk but still could have them wish you played hand stronger as I don’t like call flop cause he’s always bombing turn and you’re calling 5 k for one street but wtf do I know just my take buddy! #goodfold

Home game hand: played this hand vs one of my besties, w 12 mins left to go in the night. $100-$200, $400 straddle, I open $1200 w Ad-Kd, he makes it $5,200. I feel he’s SUPER strong and just call. Flop: Jd-6d-3s. He bets $5,000 (he started $93,000), I consider a raise for 3 seconds, but snap call (I started hand w $52,000, bought in $25,000, so winning $27,000 before the hand). Turn 8c, he bets $25,000 into about $21,000, man! I start to believe that hitting a King is no good. Then wonder if hitting an Ace on the river is even good?!? Maybe he has J-J, K-K or A-A? I take 2 minutes . . . Fold! I ask to see the river: 10d, doh! I would have made the nuts! Hand stays w me, did I make the right play?!? A few days later, bestie tells me he had J-J. So, I’m happy I made a good fold, right?!? Ha!
