4 more years, after being voted into law and police training to deal with complaints, it came into force.

Kashmiri females been suffering due to #S7Impunity under #ArmedForcesSpecialPowersAct1990 also known as #AFSPA called #HateLaw #RapeLaw & #LicenceToKillLaw.
