Working from home #WFH is no barrier to participating in #CycleToWorkDay. The #HomeCommute is an effective way to separate home & work lives, & it's great exercise. Today's #Commute. #FindTimeForExercise #DailyExercise #ExerciseBook #Cycling

The key to working from home is to open the front door & swap your old commute for the #HomeCommute. Then invest the time you save in your physical & mental #health. Read my 4 tips for #WFH blog. https://t.co/mkQHKqWe8n #FindTimeForExercise #MoveItMonday #DailyMile #ExerciseBook

@MareeToddMSP Great to see more & more adults following the example set by school kids & running or walking their #dailymile. It's all about the benefits of regular exercise. #ActiveCommute #HomeCommute #FindTimeForExercise

Working from home & not finding time for exercise? Here's a suggestion. Try the #HomeCommute. Walk 6 minutes from home on a morning, then walk home again. Repeat the journey after work. 24 minutes of daily exercise. Feel better & work better. https://t.co/qJYheIUo49

@HelenRambler Circular walk to work for us today, then a circular cycle ride at lunchtime. #ActiveCommute #HomeCommute #CycleFromHome #FindTimeForExercise #5kEveryDay #5kEveryDayChallenge

@FinWycherley Over the years, I've worked on mountain tops & rivers, but working from home during #lockdown I've discovered the benefits of the #ActiveCommute & #HomeCommute. At least 1 kilometre before & after work each day. This morning's walk from home to work. #FindTimeForExercise
