Dit wist ik niet; er is een EU crisismechanisme dat de nationale parlementen buitenspel zet, o.a. bij corona, Oekraïne en nu ook migratie, het #IPCR. Niet erg democratisch, dit hoort @2eKamertweets niet te accepteren.
Grappig om te zien dat enkele kamerleden zich de gevolgen van de onderwerping aan het centrale bestuur van de EC beginnen te realiseren.
De Integrated Political Crisis Response (#IPCR) is sinds 17/10/2023 geactiveerd voor de migratiecrisis, net zoals dat tijdens corona gebeurde. Dit betekende tijdens corona dat de NCTV's van de EU alles zaten af te kaarten en dat de parlementen later een keer werden geïnformeerd over welke koers er gevaren zou worden. Na de IPCR vindt de Europese raadsvergadering plaats waar de ministers en soms de SG's zitting in hebben. Zoals Dick Schoof dat zelf op 18/3/2020 heeft gedaan (plaatje).

Kamerleden willen nu tijdens de algemene beschouwingen de stukken inzien die de coalitie niet wil tonen. Wellicht zelfs niet kan tonen. Notulen van de IPCR komen achteraf.
Een goede #Kamervraag zou zijn of er binnen dit gremium de laatste tijd besluiten zijn genomen waar Nederland zich aan moet conformeren en zo ja, welke. Daarnaast is interessant om te weten wie Nederland hier vertegenwoordigt. Zijn dat weer de geheime diensten?
Dan is Nederland ook weer op de hoogte en misschien beginnen mensen ook in te zien in wat voor staatsvorm wij verzeild zijn geraakt.
De Full Activation Mode van de IPCR is overigens ook nog actief voor de oorlog in Oekraïne. Misschien geeft dat een beetje context aan de ongelimiteerde steun die onze stadhouders uitspreken en het zonder parlementair debat strooien met ons belastinggeld richting een land dat volgens de officiele lezing een terroristische aanslag op onze vitale infrastructuur pleegde (Nordstream).

The number of Member States affected by flooding continues to rise: Germany and Slovenia have also declared themselves affected.
It was a privilege for me to lead facilitation at the Two-Day 'Training of Trainers for Youth on Combating Hate Speech Online and Offline' organised by @bbforpeace #IPCR supported by @ng_youthfund. The initiative is aimed at addressing hate narrative in Nigeria.
