@suddenlink cost me a day of work today and technician didn't show and every single time I call the automated system disconnects. You are the WORST ISP I have ever dealt with. Thankful I will not have to in a month. #suddenlinksucks #ISPFAIL

@virginmedia "2 minutes" of hold is now an hour. When your customer service is as laggy a your internet: #ISPFail #badcustomerservice and interrupts work (both academic and as a an #indiedev). @bt_uk and @ee can either of you two provide (and guarantee) me at least 100 mbps?
