One and half years since we highlighted the lack of "Sahaaya" from 'Sahaaya app', the BBMP is still unable to build a process that is responsive, transparent and responsible. Instead, at regular intervals the Govt keeps making announcements of newer apps, all working off the same database. Now there are some 15-20 apps that use the same back end database, but all of them obviously provide the same level of 'dissatisfaction'!
Welcome to the Silicon Valley of the East, Bengaluru - Here we cannot use IT technology to even solve our own local problems!
Dear @BBMPCOMM, please Fix the process ,don't window-dress!
Immediate steps required:
The back-end process is completely flawed.
* When a complaint is raised, officials are allowed to close the complaint without uploading proof of redressal; at least make it mandatory for officials to upload pic/video proof of the complaint having been addressed.
* And if the complaint is re-opened by the complainant, the complaint should automatically be escalated to the next higher official, and that official's no should be shown, and so on.
If not, there is no ownership for the resolution of the complaint!
And please address all other items listed in our letter in the earlier posts on this thread!
