Which is why despite the higher elevation of Neopolis, the actual building heights are lower, the tallest being ~215-220m.
@rameshkoneru@archerabi Those GE figures are very likely indicative & not precise. I'm relying on the developers' officially filed AAI NOCs. The site elevation is also determined by the approach road elevation i.e., the G floor level post excavation.
Per NOCs, GHR is 574m & Sattva (Eden) is 594m.
@archerabi Although areas like Jubilee Hills have much more stringent restrictions plus higher elevation, so despite revisions, it's still always under 100m height.
The World got away with it by picking the lower part of the road as they're towards the edge of the hill towards Shaikpet.
@archerabi i.e. all the Altitude at top column are 792m AMSL. Neopolis will have a pancake skyline more or less because of this.
Nobody has gotten a revised height in these parts, some have been successful in central parts of the city like JH in filing appeals to revise height.
@UpdatesChennai Developers usually request higher AAI NOC permission than necessary, more often than not. AAI NOCs are not a hard indicator of the height they are actually planning.

The new full length taxiway will mainly help with efficiency of standy runway when the primary is closed for maintenance, eliminating the need for flights to backtrack before taking off etc.
@takatakha That bottleneck was due to the open site (Terminus Two West) pretty much holding up that road hostage till they got their approvals.
It's out of the way now, they will hand over part of their site for the 100 feet masterplan road.
