Today I pipetted! First time back in the lab after a long time and I really missed it. @KaraSchmidlin and @SamApodaca_ evolved yeast to resist different drugs are now conducting a big screen for cross resistance/sensitivity. More updates soon! #KGSlabEvolves

Last weekend in the lab! Previous work by the @SashaFLevy lab observed >3000 highly beneficial mutations in low glucose conditions. Could we see that many beneficial mutations or do drug conditions reduce this number? We will find out soon! #KGSlabEvolves @KSamerotte @SamApodaca_

Transfer 17 complete! By tracking cell densities we have noticed counts are changing in different ways across different environments. D2, the no drug condition, continues to result in reduced counts. Not sure what this means. Any ideas? #KGSlabEvolves @SamApodaca_ @KSamerotte
