Today I pipetted! First time back in the lab after a long time and I really missed it. @KaraSchmidlin and @SamApodaca_ evolved yeast to resist different drugs are now conducting a big screen for cross resistance/sensitivity. More updates soon! #KGSlabEvolves

Started the experimental portion of my honors thesis today! We will be performing an experimental evolution using thousands of barcoded yeast to explore how they adapt to two drugs as well as combinations of the drugs. #KGSlabEvolves @KSamerotte @KaraSchmidlin @asuSOLS @ASU_SOLUR
