30mins on hold to @FreeStyleDiabet due to #librelink app crash to request hand held reader as advised by @DSNforumUK . Nothing on any of @FreeStyleDiabet patient facing media to advise this is a known issue or what to do - very poor..

In case anything else goes tits up with the #freestylelibre2 updates on iphones, the app is still available for android phones if your partner/flatmate/parent/child has one you can access. #diabetes #librelink #libre2 #freestylelibre
Any diabetics out there using freestyle libre 2, if your phone hasn’t updated the app then don’t do the update. It bugs the app out and it no longer works. I’m back to pricking my finger with 0 hypo awareness until it restored. #freestylelibre #librelink
