@makemytrip What kind of services you offer? You think just by enabling a ticket sale on your platform completes your duty! There isn't any option to send you an email or talk to an agent for a grievance redressal! You deceive customers! #makemytripfraud #flightbooking #India

@makemytripcare @makemytrip MMT are still holding ₹18080, @MAS has already released from their side. When I called last Friday, they told to refund that and will get within 72hrs. It's been a week now, and no any updates. Stop using MMT now. #mmtfraud #makemytripfraud

@makemytripcare @GoibiboSupport @goibibo @vikalpsahni @jagograhakjago @tourismgoi @makemytrip @makemytripcare This is not acceptable anymore. Multiple 48-hour timelines have already passed. 20+ days delay for a confirmed refund is unjustified. Process it now. #BoycottGoibibo #Makemytripfraud

I am trying to connect with @makemytrip from last 4 months for refund but they are not responding. They close the ticket numerous times without speaking to me. Even on twitter they post generalized replies. With this experience, can I say #Makemytripfraud or #makemytripcheater
