@makemytripcare @makemytrip 103 DAYS. 6 reference numbers. Zero resolution. My medical waiver refund keeps getting closed as "duplicate," reopened, and promised "24-48hr", on repeat since April 2026. Please resolve this. #MakeMyTripFail

No human customer support—just primitive chatbots looping canned responses.
Airline-cancelled flight refunds? Endless delays and excuses.
You’ve grown too big, too inefficient, and too indifferent to customers. Fix this! #MakeMyTripFail
@makemytrip @makemytripcare @etihad @EtihadHelp @rajesh_magow — I paid for my fly Italy trip, got full confirmation, and now my booking has vanished. You claim Etihad didn’t get the payment after I sent proof! Case closed, no refund, no flight. Disastrous service. #MakeMyTripFail

Bravo @makemytrip @JetstarAirways — you booked me on a flight 4.5 hrs before I even land.
Are you high or just allergic to logic? 🤡
No support, just bots vomiting nonsense.
This isn’t a service, it’s a scam in motion.
@DGCAIndia please intervene.

Hey @makemytrip, @qatarairways changed my flight timing, I had to cancel & rebook with @lufthansa. Since Feb 17, support keeps saying 'We’re working on it, we’ll call you' but NO ONE calls! Over a month now, still no refund. What a scam #MakeMyTripFail #RefundMyMoney #TourismGoI"
Terrible experience with @makemytrip Applied for a UAE visa weeks ago, submitted all documents, and now there’s zero response. Calls are going unanswered, and no updates are being provided. Is this how you treat your customers? #MakeMyTripFail #PoorService
@MakeMyTrip @makemytripcare Unacceptable Experience. Booked resort for 15th Aug long weekend, but sudden cancellation. Alternate option unsuitable. Trip cancelled. Got refund assurance within 96 hours, but still awaiting.

@makemytrip, I demand a full refund for this unacceptable service! This is not what I paid for, and it caused major discomfort for all passengers. Waiting for your response and a resolution. #RefundMyTrip #MakeMyTripFail
Disappointed with @makemytrip's outstation cab service. Endured a pathetic experience and received no resolution despite numerous emails and phone calls. The trouble caused deserves a fair refund.
