Colleen's new ARC project is investigating how primary teachers' adaptive expertise (in interdisciplinary mathematics and science) can be characterised, and how it changes in a co -plan, -teach, -reflect approach.

Colleen noting the opportunity to develop adaptive expertise depends on the environment in which you work, i.e. whether you have the freedom to experiment and to put new ideas on the menu.
