𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 in students is sky high when they join medical college. But starts to fall rapidly as they get on with studies, exams & rat race. By the time they graduate, it’s at rock bottom. Only if they started with treating themselves first, instead of others. #MoveMintMed
The very first patient that doctors see is as medical students. It’s a dead body, a cadaver, that teaches an immense lot, but it’s past it expiry date & has lost the ability to think & move. Sadly, most doctors think that’s how it is for all the patients that they see after that.
Breathing needs to be long, slow & deep while running. Not short, fast & shallow. And relax those shoulders. Let them go. You look gorgeous, so don’t worry about your hair and t-shirt. Just run & bee. 🐝
