On that note, I have found that while we are so lucky to have access to so much information (via Google, social media etc.), it can also hinder our progress when power-mapping. When we are bombarded with info it can be tough to sift out what we need/don't need. #mppgapower
Power-mapping is an excellent tool to help policy-makers/advocates of social justice identify the best people to target who can aid in promoting social change. I wish I knew about this method sooner! #mppgapower
In doing a recent case study assignment, I realize how powerful a tool power mapping can be. That said, it requires time, energy, inquiry, and analysis. I didn't think I'd be putting my investigative reporter skills to work for a public policy class! #MppgaPower
