I've chosen Bike MS since first diagnosed in 2018. Empowering, inspiring, joyful. Although MS progression has forced me off my single, I now get to ride on a tandem or recumbent trike. Ask yourself what CAN you do Stay as active as possible. Never ever give up. #msactivism
