@mrs_harket @British_Airways Oh please accept my most hearty condolences if you have to have any dealings with that lame excuse for an airline. Worst customer services I’ve ever encountered and I will never fly with them again. #NeverFlyBA

@british_airways and now delayed due to putting hand luggage in the hold that there was room for on flight. If you can't cope with a full flight you shouldn't be operating #neverflyBA #fuming

@British_Airways BA really are rubbish. After a 12 hour delay we arrive at our destination and you lost one of our cases. Your systems for claiming compensation and reporting lost baggage always have issues and keep getting told try again later. #neverflyBA

@British_Airways PATHETIC experience with your baggage handling for our 15Feb BLR-PDX flight via LHR. ALL our checkin bags missing,have critical prescription medicines,apparently sitting at PDX airport @flypdx as of 17Feb but no way to collect. Zero help or guidance. #NEVERFLYBA

@British_Airways have sold their loyal staff down the river and they are now being awkward about refunds to loyal customers! You can’t refund a flight in July but not the return one because it’s in August! Where’s the sense in that?#neverflyba

Hey @British_Airways, I made a claim a month ago, have not gotten an update, and was told to call a number that hangs up on me rather than being placed in a queue for customer service. It's also impossible to check on existing claims on your website. This is maddening #NeverFlyBA

Been taken off a @British_Airways flight to Vegas because the @British_Airways flight we were on was delayed yet we still made the connection in time before the gate closed told by BA staff the decision was made when we were flying lost a day holiday given £10 voucher #neverflyBA

It’s kinda sad that @British_Airways hasn’t even attempted to help my friend @angelbaby24bz after countless tweets from me, her, & several other people. Yet other airlines have way better customer service. Clearly British Airways doesn’t care for their customers. #NeverFlyBA

Third trip in a row where @British_Airways have screwed up. 1st BA cancelled flights making trip impossible. 2nd coffee rained down on me when taking off and landing. 3rd 2.5 hr delay. #NeverFlyBA
