🇹🇩 CHAD IN NOVEL N°381: THE HOSTAGES OF THE UN OR THE CARNIVAL OF PHANTOM WARRANTS
Location: The air-conditioned halls of the Palais des Nations in Geneva (Switzerland), the maximum-security isolation wings of the Klessoum Detention Center (N’Djamena), and the crowded office of the Public Prosecutor at the High Court of N'Djamena.
Theme: The dynamic submission of Chadian sovereign violations before the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention by the OMCT and LTDH in June 2026, the lightning 8-year sentence handed down to the eight leaders of the GCAP, and the constitutional panic of the Toumaï Palace facing international law.

The Procedural and Logical Analysis : In Kaka's political Absurdistan, constitutional law has been reduced to an asymmetric blood sport where the executive apparatus fires first and drafts the legal justification later. The World Organisation Against Torture (OMCT) and the Chadian Human Rights League (LTDH) have just laid the raw clinical facts upon the tables of the United Nations: all eight opposition leaders were extracted from their homes without any prior summons, without the physical presentation of any valid arrest warrant, and with an added illegal, un-vetted night raid executed at the residence of leader Néatobeye.
The state-issued criminal classification for this blitzkrieg? An absurd "flagrant délit" (red-handed offense) of peaceful intent! The #GCAP had committed the supreme sovereign crime of publishing a press release announcing a peaceful civic march for May 2, 2026, to protest the persistent asphyxiation of the national civic space. Under the transitional regime of Mahamat Kaka, a red-handed offense no longer requires a physical crime: the mere mental formulation of a street protest is enough to authorize the #DNRJ to break down your front door.
Tumultuous Interrogation: How can a military government that claims to have been democratically validated at the ballots in May 2024 justify before the international jurists of Geneva the arrest of constitutional scholars and university professors without a shred of judicial mandate? Has the Toumaï Palace completely privatized the Criminal Procedure Code to the point of confusing a standard political press release with an armed declaration of civil war?
CHAPTER II: THE PARODY-GATE VERDICT – EIGHT YEARS IN ISOLATION FOR A PRESS RELEASE
Following the initial state-sponsored kidnapping comes the mechanical deployment of a parody trial. On May 8, 2026, the High Court of N'Djamena handed down its pre-scripted sentence: eight full years of hard prison time and a 500,000 FCFA fine for each of the eight leaders. The criminal charges selected by the prosecutor are beautifully comedic: active rebellion, insurrectionary movement, unlawful assembly, and the illegal possession of military-grade weapons of war.
Political, Institutional, and Structural Analysis: Let us dismantle the internal gearings of this political meat-grinder. To justify this complete legal shipwreck, the state prosecutor comfortably relied on an expedited, custom-made ruling from the Supreme Court, which ordered the immediate dissolution of the #GCAP at the request of the Vice-Prime Minister in charge of Territorial Administration.

Un nuovo rapporto dell’#Omct (World Organisation Against Torture) denuncia le violazioni commesse dalle autorità tunisine con testimonianze raccolte sul campo. Il Mediatore europeo attacca la Commissione per aver nascosto i risultati di un rapporto che includeva anche un’analisi dello status di diritti umani nel paese di Saied.
Noi non siamo a favore della immigrazione clandestina, ma siamo contrari ad ogni forma di violenza in violazione dei diritti umani che devono essere sempre e comunque rispettati e tutelati.
L'uso indiscriminato, perchè di questo si parla, dello strumento della "deportazione" in Albania solo perchè @GiorgiaMeloni e @matteosalvinimi perseguono norme razziali ed omofobe, non può essere tollerato.
Da ultimo, i Giudici di Bologna nel chiedere alla Corte di Bruxelles la corretta interpretazione della norma relativa alla definizione di Paese sicuro ai fini della applicabilità o meno del Decreto Legge approvato dal Governo, lo han fatto non perchè sono di #Sinistra o perchè tesserati comunisti come ogni volta vorrebbero far credere il PdC ed il suo vice, sono semplicemente Magistrati il cui dovere è applicare correttamente una norma nel rispetto della priorità delle fonti e della loro interpretazione.
Essere al Governo o essere stati eletti (non dagli italiani, perchè non possono definirsi la totalità meno della metà degli stessi) non legittima l'uso senza confini del: faccio come voglio, ma faccio ciò che devo in funzione delle norme di rango superiore, europee ed internazionali in questo caso vista la Ns appartenenza all'Europa, e quelle nazionali.
