@oyorooms ruined our travel plans! 🚨 ✅ Booking ID: MW9V0971 ❌ They changed our hotel without consent ,to a much poorer one (Hotel O Apollo, Ahmedabad). 😡 This is UNFAIR, especially on a family trip. Fix it or refund NOW! #OYOScam #OyoComplaint #customerRights

@oyorooms Booked Hotel O Le Fort, Trivandrum via @bookingcom. Despite valid Aadhaar photocopy (Govt approved), my family & 2YO were denied check-in. Waited 1.5 hrs in the heat, had to cancel, & OYO still deducted 80%! #OYOScam #ConsumerRights @jagograhakjago

Then just fo sake u wl be assured to make arrangements in other near by Oyos; at the end, they wl apologize saying that der r no more rooms left to accommodate. Last time I booked @HolidayInn via @makemytrip, the rooms were nice. Atleast the rooms were confirmed #OYOSCAM 2/2

Guys, @oyorooms is the biggest scamming agent. Even when u r booking via app or via their agent, u r never assured of the stay. They wl charge and keep the money with them. But wen u go to hotel, u wl be shocked to see that ur bookings are not made at all. 1/2 #OYOSCAM

@riteshagar @oyorooms Scammed me for booking a hotel room for my colleagues. I did the full online payment a day before booking but the hotel refused to give stay. Called customer care they had no other option but to refund booking. No where to stay now. 😠 #Oyoscam #boycottoyo

Then I got a room with full of dust and the restroom was not cleaned for nearly 6 Months. I got severe cold and fever after staying there for one night. Room was full of cockroaches and it was the worst experience I had in my life. #Oyo #OyoScam

#oyoscam Update. #OYO Area manager has scrupulously tried to make the customer at fault saying that there was no denial of rooms from the hotel manager, and we are lying about denial. Shameless & Pathetic. Zero communication between properties and @oyorooms.Seems like not just me

Oyo is a scam. Hotels always ask for extra money than what is there in the app. Why do they list their hotels at dirt cheap price and then charge extra when arrived at hotel. @oyorooms #oyoscam

#oyoscam @oyorooms @tourismgoi @TourismBengal Me and my friends went Kolkata on vacation and booked a hotel via OYO, before that we confirmed their pricing with OYO support and ask to confirm from hotel owner to avoid any pricing scam.
