4/4 📌On #EchoFirst if you ever see a dilated CS, you must consider dx of #PLSVC 📌Dx: inject agitated saline via LUE IV to see it in CS 📌However, if the LA also fills up, it may suggest an additional unroofed CS (rarest form of ASD), which is associated with PLSVC 🤝

@arianepleal #PLSVC draining to an #unroof_coronary_sinus ; total LPVC (upper LPV to LSVC, rest of LPVs to CS) Extremely rare association of defects. Hemodynamically there will be a bidirectional shunt at the Unroof CS and CS ostium. Probably, due to patient’s age, shunt mainly R-L.
