I have common sense but I'm not a lawyer so smarter people than I should address this question: Since a #US #Federal #JuryTrial convicted #PatrickHo of #Bribing #UgandanKleptocrat @KagutaMuseveni does that not complicate @WorldBankGroup @WorldBankAfrica & @IMFNews @KGeorgieva pretending business as usual & working with #Museveni & his officials? Or are they aiding abetting and rewarding corruption?
