▶️Resolução CMN nº 4.966/2021, alterada pela Resolução CMN nº 5.019/2022. Resolução BCB nº 352, de 2023: A partir de 1º de janeiro de 2025, entrou em vigor a nova regulamentação que define a regra de provisionamento de instrumentos financeiros.
Segundo essa regulamentação, é responsabilidade da instituição avaliar o risco de crédito da operação e constituir provisão suficiente para cobrir as perdas esperadas associadas à operação.
No caso de operações com atraso superior a 90 dias, aplicam-se os pisos de provisão definidos na regulamentação.
▶️Principais mudanças
•Alinhada à IFRS 9 – Financial Instruments, a resolução muda a forma como as instituições financeiras calculam a Provisão para Créditos de Liquidação Duvidosa (PCLD)
•A resolução substitui, principalmente, a resolução CMN nº 2.682/99
•A resolução também substitui as circulares nº 3.068/01 e nº 3.082/03 (emitidas pelo Bacen)
▶️O que a Resolução CMN nº 5.019/2022 alterou?
•Alterou a data de entrega do plano de implementação da nova regulamentação contábil IFRS-9
•Postergou o prazo para planos de implementação da nova regulamentação contábil IFRS-9
A nova regulamentação também contempla corretoras, DTVMs, administradoras de consórcio e instituições de pagamentos.
