@Lanefab @CityofVancouver we might indeed. Oregon #HB2001 2019 requires all cities to allow #middlehousing up to 4plexes in all residential areas, PDX's #pdxRIP to implement plex part passed, & #pdxRIP2 re townhouses & #clusterhousing starting, required by Aug '22. I'm keen to explore. c/@GarlynnWoodsong

@IDoTheThinking it's assessed by all as non-viable for mkt developers; & so far no non-profits have expressed intent to use it. Was developed mainly to build political support for #pdxRIP. Here @habitatportland's director discusses why it won't really really help them: https://t.co/Y2tEehpwHM

(municipal code 33.266.110.B.2 https://t.co/4I8tC7A5Gr p.149) so should avoid this issue. But as usual, beyond city limits, who knows what savagery lurks? 🤷‍♂️ ;/
