@British_Airways Truly appalling this morning, following you cancelling our flights, called to get refund to not only get someone who couldnt do refunds, despite following your prompts, then got thru, hear a voice, background noise then HUNG UP on.. #poorcs 45mins wasted

Why does @comcast need a certified death certificate to cancel an account when Dad died 11 months ago with @comcastcares owing him $100? They send a credit notice every month. Maybe I'll just have them continue to waste mail every month #badservice #badcustomerservice #poorcs

If you are ever thinking of using @ViasatInternet or @ViasatInc DON’T! We’ve been without internet since 3/29 and they don’t have any techs in the area to fix their service plus their 12mg speed throttles down to 3mg after 3-4 days 🤬 #viasatsucks #poorcs #liesaboutappointments
