@MBTA every weekend it is the same shit. The apps are inaccurate, the service is unreliable, there are no actual employees to talk to and when you do find one they don’t know when the trains are coming either. This is supposed to be a service & it’s become a burden #redlinefail

@MBTA Yeah that’s not true currently stuck at Broadway. Day # 100,345,678 in a row of the @mbta being completely unreliable. I guess consistency must count for something.... #redlinefail
