That is correct. SAVAGE sued me Greg, President Trump and Mayor Guliani and others in Savage V Trump et al in Philadelphia Court of common pleas. Greg and I represented ourselves, 860 days we battled it out , and used truth as a complete defense to defamation. The plaintiffs attorney consolidated 2 cases , the first case President Trump was given presidential immunity. The second case stayed until after his criminal trials were over. Greg and I won 4 hearings in total and beat the pants off of the plaintiff James Savage. Our book The Parallel Election was the main subject of the case, our defense was that everything we said was true. We were offered settlement January 10th 2024 and that we would be let go from the case but that President Trump and Mayor Guiliani would be left behind. At that point there was a $1 million dollar default judgement against Rudy. Greg and I adamantly refused the offer. We said we are going straight to a jury. At the end of discovery and 860 days, the plaintiff was unable to provide a single material fact to dispute our 1000s of pages of evidence, our declarations, whistleblower video and audio. They withdrew , we won. That attorney at this time J Connor Corcoran was sanctioned by the judge Michael Erdos for violating rules of professional conduct. Ya see because they were losing terriblt in court,they tried to paint us as terrorists, on civil court they wanted ti confiscate our firearms, fine us $15,000 and a gag order. They lost and paid the price for that stunt. We still have the last remaining lawsuit from 2020 sitting in appeals. We have 6 more cases and in the queue 2 more. We have caught with physical evidence former PA AG Josh Shapiro, former AG Bill Barr, and Delaware County PA DA Jack Stollsteimer obstructing the investigation into our case, they colluded and committed high treason. We are still in the fight amd not going anywhere. We have alot of support and have defeated every weapon formed against us. Local action creates national impact. Courage is what is needed in this Country and I am blessed to be a part of this fight.

Two years ago, we mailed all towns that had the warrant affidavits post cards and we were able to average 40% of all voters who wanted to ban the machines. Even one town being ONE vote shy. This was huge. We need mailers NH if we want the machines OUT we need to gather the money now for them. So, I beg you to please help us send all these towns mailers by either paying the mailing company yourself of donating to our give send go. Any amount of money will help even $5 dollars.
