RRBs ownership is with Center, Sponsered Bank & State (50%, 35% & 15%) But IPOs will be diluting it further. Purpose of RRBs was to empower Rural Economy & Credit facility, so it's matter of Big Debate, How IPOs will Help RRBs? Or it's Step towards Privatization of RRBs & PSBs!
