It is all about controlling the narrative. Whatever the PTB decides is acceptable or not for public consumption. FYI: #SB686 was one I was following/supporting. It was to make sure that domestic workers are protected when they get sick or have accidents at work. Gov. Newsom did a slash act at the end of the month. What a better way to start prepping for that debate no one asked him to do.

We applaud @GavinNewsom signing @SB567 protecting low-income renters. We are deeply disappointed in his veto of #SB686 protecting domestic workers. We will return until the needs of these vulnerable workers are understood and recognized .
