Today is #worldhypertensionday23. In @NHSGrampian many of our GP practices offer patients remote (home) Blood Pressure monitoring as part of our #scaleupBP programme, and over the last 2 years this has freed up the equivalent of > 10,000 clinic appointments. @NHSConnectMe
