@SDFACUK A4) My concern about resilience 'training' is when it is used by organisations as an excuse not to provide necessary resources. Thus, if you can't cope, its your fault for not being resilient! So huge well-being issues at stake there #CoachingHE #SDFcoaching

@DrRossEspinoza #CoachingHE #SDFcoaching Listening to the client's story, noticing any stressful feeling thoughts. Asking the client if they are willing to put these stressful thoughts 'under the curiosity microscope'.. They ask themselves kindly and honestly.'how true is this (thought)? ..

A3) #SDFCoaching #CoachingHE I think all of those groups mentions have a part to play in creating resilience at work. Coaching helps individuals take ownership and identify where they can access support outside of coaching

@DrRossEspinoza @SDFACUK A2) I've noted that (in an effective team) the members both learn from each other as to how to be resilient and, importantly, can share experiences/knowledge. Has to be a psychologically safe envt tho' #CoachingHE #SDFcoaching
